Who is responsible

FLYMFJ is operated as part of the Mayfair Jets customer and partner experience. The Mayfair Jets entity identified in the enquiry, quotation or contract is responsible for the related booking information. General privacy questions can be sent to info@mayfairjets.com.

Information that may be collected

• Contact details such as name, email, telephone number and preferred communication method.
• Journey details including routes, dates, passenger count, luggage and requested travel services.
• Passenger identity and travel-document details when required after an enquiry progresses toward booking.
• Agency or corporate information for partner verification, contracting, credit and user authorization.
• Payment and transaction records handled through approved financial channels.
• Website preference, security and technical information when the relevant cookie or service is enabled.

General enquiries are prepared in the visitor’s email application. When a visitor requests an eligible pending hold, the contact, selected product, requested units and acceptance are transmitted securely to the Mayfair Jets ERP so inventory can be held for 30 minutes. The website does not store that personal information in local or session browser storage.

Why information is used

Information may be used to respond to enquiries, source and quote suitable services, perform operational and compliance checks, prepare contracts and invoices, coordinate confirmed travel, provide support, maintain financial and audit records, protect the service and comply with legal obligations.

Optional travel news and offers are sent only under an appropriate marketing basis and remain separate from communications required to answer or operate a request.

Who may receive information

Information may be shared only as necessary with the responsible Mayfair Jets or regional desk—including Mayfair Jets GmbH or Tarteeb Private when the selected market or service requires that referral—and with authorized staff; airlines and aircraft operators; hotels, ground handlers and other requested suppliers; payment, technology, professional and compliance service providers; or public authorities where legally required.

Only information relevant to the requested or confirmed service should be shared. The receiving entity and applicable supplier privacy terms should be identified where required.

International journeys and transfers

International travel naturally involves suppliers and authorities in more than one country. Appropriate contractual, security and legal safeguards should be applied when information is transferred across jurisdictions.

Retention and security

Information should be retained only for the period required to manage the enquiry or booking, meet contractual, financial, legal and audit obligations, resolve disputes and protect the business. Technical and organizational controls should limit access to authorized users and protect data against loss, misuse or unauthorized disclosure.
