01
Scope and responsible service
FLYMFJ is a customer and partner enquiry experience of Mayfair Jets. Depending on the requested product, Mayfair Jets may act as an arranger, broker, agent, travel-service coordinator or contracting party as identified in the written quotation or contract.
A request may be routed to a regional desk, including Mayfair Jets GmbH in Germany or Tarteeb Private in Saudi Arabia, when appropriate to the market and service. The proposal must identify the responsible contracting entity; a website link or referral alone does not transfer or create a contract.
No website search, indicative description, email preparation or enquiry reference creates a confirmed booking.
02
Quotations, availability and prices
- A quotation is subject to aircraft, seat, accommodation and supplier availability when written confirmation is issued.
- Prices may change before confirmation because of availability, routing, positioning, airport or handling fees, fuel, taxes, exchange rates, payment method, passenger information or operational requirements.
- Any estimate must be identified as such. Only the written proposal or contract states the confirmed commercial basis.
- The proposal should identify material inclusions, exclusions, payment requirements, validity period and applicable supplier conditions.
03
Operators and third-party suppliers
Flights and travel services may be performed by licensed airlines, aircraft operators, hotels, ground handlers, transport providers or other suppliers. Their operating, safety, baggage, documentation, cancellation and service rules may apply in addition to these terms.
The responsible supplier and Mayfair Jets’ role will be identified in the proposal, confirmation or contract where applicable.
04
Temporary holds, booking, contract and payment
- An eligible website option may create a temporary inventory hold for 30 minutes. A Pending hold is not a confirmed booking, takes no payment, and expires automatically unless it progresses through a separate authorized workflow.
- A booking becomes binding only when the required contract or acceptance is completed, payment requirements are satisfied and written confirmation is issued.
- Payment must be made through the bank account, payment link or method shown in the approved invoice or instruction.
- Identity, agency authority, sanctions, fraud and payment checks may be required before acceptance.
- Late or incomplete payment may cause an option, allocation, fare, aircraft or temporary hold to be released.
05
Passenger and journey information
The customer or authorized agent is responsible for accurate names, contact details, nationality, travel documents, passenger numbers, baggage, special assistance and other information requested for the service. Visa, immigration, health and entry requirements remain the traveller’s responsibility unless a written service states otherwise.
06
Changes, cancellation and operations
Change and cancellation rights depend on the confirmed product, timing, supplier and contract. Charges or loss of amounts paid may apply. Operational circumstances—including weather, airport restrictions, crew duty, air traffic, safety, government action and force majeure—may require delay, rerouting, substitution or cancellation.
Mayfair Jets will communicate confirmed changes and available alternatives in accordance with its role and the applicable contract.
07
Communications and authorization
Instructions received from the customer, an approved agent or another authorized contact may be relied on for the booking. Customers should promptly report incorrect or unauthorized communications. Operational messages about an active enquiry or booking are separate from optional marketing communications.
08
Privacy and website use
Personal information is handled as described in the privacy and cookie notice. Users must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service operation or submit unlawful, false or harmful information.
09
Contract priority and applicable law
If a written quotation, charter agreement, booking confirmation or supplier term conflicts with this general website summary, the more specific confirmed document governs that product to the extent permitted by applicable law. Governing law, jurisdiction and dispute provisions will be stated in the relevant contract where required.
